stupid arm is taking FOREVER to recoverrrrrrrrrr!! i dont think its recovering anyway. friday while going to POM tut, i just felt that theres thousands of needles poking at the affected area. blooodyhell. the bone is soooooooooooooooooooooo not right. the bone, like as if it is not joint tgt with other bones. it can move. can.move.awkwardly. not like the left hand side of my arm, can move so smoothly without the feeling of the bone separating or something.

so do i need to talk to my arm everyday to make it recover quickly?
