went out today with jiaying to orchard! hahaha.
met her at eunos inter and off we go. walked almost all the shopping centre. mango is having sales!! 50% discount i think. every mango shops were filled with people, tried to go in but cant.haahhaah. while walking to taka, theres a person asking if we can help her to do a survey so we said yes and she brought us to this herbalife place. we took our weight ( the moment when i saw the weighing machine i was like -__- " ) and yeah, she told us our everything like weight, fats, muscle, everything. and yes, my fats, terrible.HAHAH. i was wondering whats my fats % when i was even heavier than now last year.LOL. so yeah, i need to drink 3100 litres of water given my height. wth. 3000!! and that person who surveyed us told us that she had water retention because she drank too much like 10litres.OMG la. 10 litres. then yeah, she was 90plus kg and now she is 50plus kg. lost 40 plus kg which is really amusing. hahahaha.
